Where do people actually buy Litecoin these days?

Feels like every thread I find on this is from 2021 and half the platforms mentioned are either dead or don´t operate in Europe anymore.

I just want to pick up some LTC, nothing crazy, maybe a couple hundred euros worth.

Do people still use dedicated buy platforms for this or has everyone just moved to the big exchanges? Asking because I´d rather not go through full account registration if I can help it, just want something that works without a three day wait.
