, el Viernes, 13 de Julio de 2018 a las 13:08hCon esa frase descarnada ante los medios que lo esperaban en la comisaría 52, el músico Cristian "Pity" Álvarez (46) se presentó ante la Policía para entregarse por el crimen a balazos de un vecino, cometido el jueves a la madrugada en el barrio Samoré de Villa Lugano.
El cantante fue señalado por al menos tres testigos, quienes declararon que tras una discusión mató a balazos a Cristian Maximiliano Díaz (36) en el barrio Samoré de Villa Lugano.
"Yo disparé, sino me iba a matar él: cualquiera en mi barrio haría lo mismo", agregó Álvarez
Luego del violento hecho, el músico fue a Pinar de Rocha, un local bailable de Ramos Mejía donde brindaba un show Ulises Bueno, supuestamente en busca de algún contacto que lo ayude a fugarse
